30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

WekiHost, a service operated by Megahost LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for our Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Only one refund is allowed per customer.
• Setup fees are non-refundable.
• Additional services such as domain registrations, migrations, licenses, or dedicated IP addresses are non-refundable.
• A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support system.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
• Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

Domain Registrations and Renewals

Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable because domain registry fees are paid immediately to third-party registries once a domain is registered.

If a domain name is registered with a spelling mistake, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee correction, we will attempt to assist where possible.

Invoice Payment Policy

Invoices must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.

• A 4-day grace period is provided for late payments.
• Accounts may be suspended after the grace period if payment is not received.
• A late payment fee of up to 15% may be applied to overdue invoices.
• Invoices overdue by more than 14 days may result in service termination.

We will attempt to notify customers prior to suspension or termination whenever possible. If an account is terminated for non-payment, associated data may be permanently removed from our servers and may not be recoverable.

Introductory Pricing

Some hosting plans may be offered at introductory promotional pricing for new customers. These discounted prices apply only for the initial billing period.

After the initial term, services will renew automatically at the standard renewal rate. Renewal pricing will be clearly displayed before checkout and in your account dashboard.

Longer billing cycles such as annual (12 months), biennial (24 months), and triennial (36 months) may offer discounted pricing compared to monthly plans.
